35bd2 Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Priority
35bd2 believes that gaming should be a source of enjoyment — not problems. Our responsible gaming tools and guidelines are always ready to keep you safe and well.
What Does Responsible Gaming Mean?
Online casino and betting is primarily a form of entertainment. But like any entertainment, it is important to stay within limits. Responsible gaming means playing within your budget, managing your time, and treating gaming as a way to have fun — not as a source of income.
35bd2 is committed to creating a safe and reliable environment for players in Bangladesh. Our responsible gaming policies follow international standards. We want every player to play purely for enjoyment — not out of pressure or anxiety.
Our platform offers various self-control tools, such as setting deposit limits, taking breaks, and fully self-excluding when needed. In addition, our 24/7 Bengali support team is always by your side for any concerns.
Please note that eligibility to play at 35bd2 is for persons aged 21 and above only. Age verification is a mandatory step and we enforce it strictly.
21+ Age Restriction
All services and games at 35bd2 are for persons aged 21 and above only. Age verification is required at registration. Participation in gaming by minors is strictly prohibited. If you become aware of a minor using a 35bd2 account, please contact us immediately.
The Core Pillars of Our Responsible Gaming
35bd2 believes in the following six core principles and they are strictly upheld on our platform.
Age Verification and Protection
Mandatory age verification is carried out at registration. Only players aged 21 and above may create and manage an account. We are firmly committed to protecting minors.
Setting Deposit Limits
You can set your own maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing it requires a set cooling-off period.
Time Control and Breaks
Keep track of how long you play in each session. Use the platform's session reminders and take a time-out of 24 hours to 6 weeks whenever needed.
Self-Exclusion Feature
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, you can temporarily or permanently close your account yourself. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours. A cooling-off period of 6 months applies if you wish to lift restrictions in the future.
24/7 Bangla Support
If you have any concerns about gaming, contact our Bengali-language live chat support at any time, day or night. Our team is always ready to help you.
Awareness and Education
Responsible gaming is not just about tools — it is about awareness. 35bd2 regularly educates players on smart gambling strategies, mental health, and the importance of respecting limits.
